  3. We create the portrait from your photo with AI-assisted digital art, check it by hand, and email you a preview. Reply within 24 hours if you'd like one free change; if we don't hear from you, we send it to print.

Shipping & returns

Shipping (US only)

  • Free Economy shipping: arrives in about 9 to 16 business days.
  • Standard shipping: $4.99, arrives in about 7 to 13 business days.

Delivery times include about 3 business days for us to create your portrait and email you a preview, plus printing and shipping. If you ask for a change, add about 1 to 2 business days. During the holiday season, it can take a few days longer.

Returns

Each portrait is made to order, so we can't take returns for a change of mind. Before printing, we email you a preview and rework it once for free if you'd like a change. If your canvas arrives damaged from shipping, has a printing defect or is the wrong item, email us within 21 days of delivery with a photo. After we review it, we'll send a free reprint. Damage after delivery isn't covered. Full refund policy
