Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from the PawSums store. PawSums is operated by IKSS Ltd, a company registered in Bulgaria, 64 Koprivshtitsa Blvd, Plovdiv 4000, Bulgaria. Email: support@pawsums.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping policy and our Refund policy.

1. Made-to-order products

Every portrait is made to order from the photo you upload. Your order is placed when you complete checkout, and we email you an order confirmation.

2. Your photo

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you took it yourself or have permission to use it. You allow us, our print partner and the service providers that help us create your portrait to use the photo only to create, preview, print and ship your portrait and to help you with your order. We won't use your photo or your portrait in our marketing without your permission.

We may decline an order and refund it in full if the photo can't be used, for example if the pet isn't clearly visible or the photo shows content we can't print.

3. Your portrait

We create the portrait with AI-assisted digital art in the style you chose and check it by hand. It is an artistic interpretation of your pet, not a copy of the photo. Before printing, we email you a preview: you can ask for one free change within 24 hours, and if we don't hear from you, we send it to print. Small color differences between your screen and the printed canvas are normal.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. The total, including shipping and any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay. We may correct an obvious pricing error; if that happens after you order, we'll ask you before going ahead or refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Shipping is covered in our Shipping policy. Returns, reprints, refunds and cancellations are covered in our Refund policy.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
