Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping options

• Economy: free, arrives in about 9 to 16 business days.
• Standard: $4.99, arrives in about 7 to 13 business days.

You choose the option at checkout, and the total is shown before you pay.

What the delivery time includes

Every portrait is made to order. The delivery times above include about 3 business days for us to create your portrait and email you a preview, plus printing and shipping. If you ask for a change after the preview, add about 1 to 2 business days. During the holiday season, it can take a few days longer.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll usually get an email with tracking information. If you don't, email us and we'll send it to you.

Delays, lost packages and wrong addresses

If your order is running late, we'll email you and you can choose to accept the new date or cancel your order for a prompt, full refund. If a package is lost, or is returned because the address was incorrect, see our Refund policy for what happens next.
